Normally our culinary journeys focus on both enjoying the food & learning to cook it - with cooking demonstrations & classes sprinkled throughout the trip - but we can sharpen the focus to include activities such as visits to commercial kitchens & interactive sessions with ‘famous’ (& not so famous) chefs, depending on your level of interest. With an emphasis on authenticity, you will eat in settings that match the food: from street snacks to fine dining in Michelin starred establishments.
